Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Lyriconova ("we," "us," or "our") may issue refunds for purchases made through our online seminar platform. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. General Refund Principles

We are committed to providing high-quality educational seminars focused on solar energy and related topics. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our participants and our business operations.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific conditions described in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet our stated criteria.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

2.1 Seminar Cancellation by Lyriconova

If we cancel a seminar for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. The refund will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation notice.

2.2 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the seminar content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Technical issues must be reported within 48 hours of the scheduled seminar start time.

2.3 Early Withdrawal

Refund eligibility for early withdrawal depends on the timing of your cancellation request:

  • More than 14 days before seminar start: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 7 to 14 days before seminar start: 50% refund of the registration fee
  • Less than 7 days before seminar start: No refund available
  • After seminar has started: No refund available

2.4 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same seminar registration multiple times, we will refund the duplicate charges in full. You must notify us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed seminars or courses that you have fully attended
  • Digital materials or resources that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Recording access that has been utilized or viewed
  • Promotional or discounted registrations marked as "non-refundable"
  • No-show registrations where the participant did not attend and did not provide advance notice
  • Personal scheduling conflicts or changes in personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with seminar content after attendance

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at help@lyriconova.com
  2. Include your full name, registration number, and order details
  3. Clearly state the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Phone requests will not be processed.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Review Period

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5 business days. We may contact you if we need additional information to process your request.

5.2 Approval Notification

You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund request. If denied, we will provide a clear explanation of the reason.

5.3 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.4 Bank Processing Time

Please note that after we process your refund, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account. This timing is outside our control and may vary by financial institution.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Seminar content that was partially delivered due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Technical issues that affected only a portion of the seminar experience
  • Administrative errors on our part that impacted your experience

The amount of any partial refund will be determined at our discretion based on the specific circumstances and the extent of the issue.

7. Seminar Rescheduling

If we need to reschedule a seminar, you will have the following options:

  • Attend the rescheduled seminar at no additional cost
  • Transfer your registration to a different seminar of equal value
  • Request a full refund

You must make your selection within 7 days of receiving the rescheduling notice.

8. Course Transfers

As an alternative to a refund, you may request to transfer your registration to another seminar offered by Lyriconova. Transfer requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • Transfers must be requested at least 7 days before the original seminar start date
  • The alternative seminar must be of equal or lesser value
  • If the alternative seminar is of greater value, you must pay the price difference
  • Only one transfer is permitted per registration
  • Transfer requests are subject to availability in the alternative seminar

9. Promotional Codes and Discounts

If you used a promotional code or received a discount on your registration:

  • Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original price
  • Promotional codes are not reissued if a refund is processed
  • Expired promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to new registrations

10. Group Registrations

Special conditions apply to group registrations:

  • Individual participants within a group registration may not request separate refunds
  • Refund requests for group registrations must come from the primary registrant
  • Partial group refunds may be available if the group size changes before the seminar
  • Group discounts may be recalculated if the number of participants decreases

11. Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds are processed in the currency of the original transaction. If exchange rates have fluctuated between the time of purchase and refund processing, the refunded amount in your local currency may differ from the original charge due to currency conversion. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to exchange rate fluctuations.

12. Payment Method Limitations

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds via alternative payment methods. If the original payment method is no longer valid or accessible, please contact our support team to discuss alternative arrangements.

13. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events may impact your ability to attend a seminar. While we maintain firm refund policies to ensure business sustainability, we will consider requests related to:

  • Serious medical emergencies affecting the registered participant
  • Family emergencies requiring immediate attention
  • Natural disasters or other force majeure events

Such requests will be evaluated individually and require appropriate documentation. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at our sole discretion.

14. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of following our refund request process:

  • Your account access will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We will provide all transaction documentation to your payment provider
  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
  • You may be liable for any costs we incur in responding to the chargeback

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback.

15. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Refund requests will be evaluated according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase, not at the time of the refund request.
